Billing:

Where I do not currently bill insurance, I am an out-of-network provider with many insurance companies. I am able to provide you with a monthly superbill that can be submitted for reimbursement. Please confirm your out-of-network benefit with your insurance carrier. 

Fees are due at the time of service. I'm able to accept cash, check, debit or credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards as permitted by your insurer.  Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a session.
